    Crap

    I wouldnt put a star for this company due to the fact the way this company did a friend of mine took his money said he was approved then rented the house out from under him this man is a humble veteran who does nothing but good to people and this is how he was treated I can’t imagine many other people this company has screwed over

    Nothing good

    Got applications approved followed all there guide lines. Told them we were willing to put down the deposit cause we were told we was allowed to sign by the first of July. Picked the date. And cause it wasn’t fast enough they rented out the next day ..
    So seems money hungry and fraudulent. Not to mention ate.my credit score!

    Went in had a viewing of a house. Went through the application and got approved for the house. Got two weeks to move in and sign lease. The day after I got approved I got a text message that they rented the house to some one else. I will be seeking legal consultant.
